Hi Everyone. We haven’t made a post on this site for a while now. We have mostly been updating and improving the site, as well as working on some new things. A lot of those things will be going live next week on Wednesday the 17th. The site will be offline at 10PM PST. We hope to have it back up by midnight. This update will include a new feature on Exoffenders, which is a job board where you can connect with second chance employers.
These employers will be able to post jobs on the board, and you can apply for them from the board. You won’t need to create an account to do this, but it will make it easier. It will be very easy to use as well, so even if you’re not very tech savvy it won’t be a problem. Other than that, there are some links on the site that don’t go to the right resources. That will all be fixed when on the 17th as well, if not before.
Last, we will be switching our mailing platform to a different service. So if you would like to continue to receive these updates, there will be a new link to enter your email in.
So again, happy new year from Exoffenders. We hope that this is your best year yet!

Yes Im looking forward in the updates
This is incredible thanks. Any info on EMS services would be great. I’m currently awaiting appoval from state to be able to take final.
I work with incarcerated women in a state prison and am always looking for services provided in the community when they are released.
Thank you for gathering this information in one place. This will be a great tool for helping women with re-entry.
I am very interested in following your program , please send reminder as to when the program will be going live.
I am a exoffender from Canton ,Ohio who is helping other felons
Hi! My name is Vicki Heyl. I am an Employment Counselor for the Department of Labor in Jamestown, New York.
I appreciate any information regarding providing services to exoffenders.
Thank you
It’s good to have found this site.
As an ex-offender, I can definitely use the support of others who have have been in the same situation as I.
Masud
Thank you very much.
This is a great site thank you for the hard work!
What is your involvement/ role in registering new felons whom rights have been restored? Are you providing resources for those who can restore rights to vote and how to go about it? These resources are all online as I am sure you know. Not trying to be a-hole, I really want to help.
This is a big issue because if these ladies & gentleman are entered into the voting system they can change how the same laws that revoked their rights for minor offenses can possibly set them free from a tail or IPS.
Thank you for time
Sounds good. Glad to hear you’ve been productive on this project again. It has a lot of potential; can provide tremendous resources, opportunities, and most important, perhaps, moral support for those who are just beginning their transition AND those who have been struggling with transitioning for a while.
Me? I did 30. Got out last 1/31. Got offered a job at my first interview. Have received 3 promotions in 10 months. Life is good, and I am blessed.
Yet I know it doesn’t go like that for the majority of us. A friend of mine is still unemployed after 6 years of searching!!!
So kudos to the Ex-offenders team….
Sign me up on the new platform, please, and don’t hesitate to ask if I may be of any assistance.
Serious inquiries only!!😀
