  1. CDL A Drivers are in such need for over the road drivers that they are hiring those with such charges. For college education the best options are business where he can become his own boss. Or he can take a plethera of specialized certifications like computer programming and webdesign where he can be a self employed freelance contractor. Hope this helps.

  2. tell him to go to trade school…im an ex felon got out of prison when i was 21.. i picked up air condtioning and make over 100k a year,,he is still young, be honest about your past, if they want to dwell in the past tell them to become a history teacher…there is hope..also cdl truck drivers a lot of them are felons and make great money

  3. I have a 20 year old son who is now a convicted felon. It is only one felon but he feels as if his life is over. I’m trying to talk him in to going to college but he is convinced he will never be able to have a career. Any advice for him? He really feels depressed and needs some encoragement. Please help
